Exam Blues

 Its that time of year again!! Don't panic!! Some simple things can be helpful. 

1. Starting with breathing. Just close your eyes for a few moments and count 5 to breathe in and 6 to breathe out. Do this for several breaths and slowly feel you are calming down.

2. Distraction. Have a break and do something totally different from your revising. Exercise is good. Truthfully anything as long as its not illegal!

3. Small chunks of learning are better than one long slog. Pick a time or times that suits you. 

4. Exams are not the entire world. There are always choices and things can turn out ok even if you don't do that well.

5. Look after yourself!
